image Nzubechi Emerenini AKA Becky has horrible customer service & is Lazy. She was not in the office. However I waited for her to return. When she did my problem was the business center does not have ink in the printer. I informed her that there was not ink and ask her if there is a an alternative option. She said No when in fact she could have printed the document from her computer in the leasing office. The fact that the business center thats open to residents & resident guest doesnt have ink shows negligence of her job. If she is not responsible for changing the ink in the business center then who is. Just take the printing option away if youre going to treat your residents guests this way. VERY RUDE

image I lived here for 2 years and have never been happier to move out of a place. I would have moved out sooner but I was only living in the state for 2 years to begin with and didnt want to rent a moving truck, just to have to move again in another year. The first unit I lived in on the 5th floor was fantastic, except for the obnoxious downstairs neighbor who was constantly banging on walls and ceilings- even during quiet hours! It was so bad that 7 other units from floors 3-5 were constantly complaining about them. Paying luxury prices to not even get a full night sleep for 9 months! In this economy? What a joke. Every month being told they will be evicted next month and to just stick it out. I was paying to live there too! Finally I couldnt take it anymore and moved to a different unit on the first floor, which had several maintenance issues the whole time I was there. The paint was peeling off the walls because it seemed like it was just layer over layer. Multiple fuse issues. The windows didnt seal properly, and the humidity ruined several of my personal belongings, and made the AC vents drip when the air was running. The hallway reeked of trash so bad that I had to hold my breath most of the time. Paying for safe and secure parking when the gate was broken half of the time. The package room was a joke and also not secure, door was broken half of the time. It seems like they were built as fast as possible and made to look nice from the outside, but the quality is far from nice and luxurious.
Pros: gym is decent for an apartment gym. Doggie bath area was great. Storage was nice to have so close and accessible. Shopping center was convenient. Maintenance staff was always very kind and respectful.
Save yourself time with the price of rent and move literally anywhere else in Columbia.
