      Hi Mr. Nickel - please let it be known, you bought your appliance at Lowe's and then Lowe's and Frigidaire scheduled Harres for service, and we don't do service for Lowe's. A 1-star review seems a tad unfair, considering we have literally absolutely nothing to do with your problem. Shopping at Lowe's is always a bad decision. Big box stores just don't care about their customers. Harres, on the other hand, has been an integral part of our community for 38 years. You should try shopping here. Thanks and Merry Christmas :)
