They are not completely transparent about pricing over the phone. I was told it would be $30 base charge for the call and around $20 for the service depending what needs done. So I'm getting off the call thinking, $50-60 bucks, not bad. I called from my work number and told them NOT to call that number back when they got here and gave my cell number instead. So what did they do, called my job when they got here. Then they show up and spend 3 minutes unlocking my car and it's $120. Not sure how 3 minutes worth of work was worth $120. I was told by the locksmith that opened my car, it was because they have to pay $60 for me to click on their google ad so they have to put that into my price. I was charged $75 recently for the exact same service from another company, they had no problem giving an actual solid quote over the phone. That's what I get for trying to save a little bit of money. Jordyn was nice and got here quick so that's the one plus. Would not recommend if you're on a budget!

The tell you the minimum charge and gouge you when they arrive. Wouldn't recommend. However the job got done.

This business has that family-owned feel that a lot of places are lacking these days. I called early in the morning because I locked my keys out of my car. I could feel myself being scatter brained and probably the worst customer! Even though I was scattered the lady on the phone was SO friendly and when I got my keys out of my car and canceled the service they were so understanding and the locksmith Krista even called my phone to check on me and make sure I was okay! Excellent customer service and if this were ever to happen again I will be using them!

They tell you $30 dispatch fee and $20 and up from there.. Opened my bathroom for $95.. Really over priced for something like this... Don't give quote but will send them to you before knowing if you have enough to cover the cost..
