I returned my package from this FedEx but after a week its wasnt delivered to the returned address I was trying the tracking number but its stuck at this location not moved to other locations as its says tracking number details I would not recommend to go this location for any return services other than customer service was good

Absolutely a joke of a company. Ran by robots! FedEx needs a union! Why would you offer overnight if it actually takes 5 days to receive it?

I have issues with receiving packages without having an incorrect address issue on every package that we receive through this center. They know what the problem is they have it incorrect in their system can't get the problem fixed. This has been a four year problem only from this specific location. Called 1 800 # no assistance there either .
