A man from rainbow came to fix a problem with my automobile. He was a nice guy and finished the work in a timely manner. However, his repairs only lasted a few weeks and when I called to have him look at the problem again he avoided my questions and never returned my calls. I do not think that he intentionally scammed me but he did not stand behind his work or even try to resolve our conflict. I understand that problems can arise that are beyond our control but I was offended when rainbow avoided me completely.

I was recommended to Rainbow by my vehicle maintenance facility after my vehicle was involved in a collision and needed significant repair. The staff was friendly, attentive, prompt, and took a real interest in getting my car back on the road in the best shape possible. They did great work (my car is in even better shape than it was) and they even offer a lifetime guarantee on it. Even though I wasn't paying, the costs were very reasonable. The good folks at Rainbow made what was a very unpleasant situation much more bearable. Thanks again guys!
