I have dealt with this company in multiple homes. They are absolutely miserable, the epitome of the annoying HOA everyone loathes. They get all upset when you call them out for their notices making no sense or including pertinent information. My old neighborhood just switched to a different company I feel like my current neighborhood should do the same.

This company seems to be in the business of stealing money from residents. They have outrageous fees for paying with a debit or credit card (the fees for our HOA dues is more than 14.00 for a 360.00 monthly payment). They have told us to send a check and the 2 times I have done so they failed to process the checks properly, therefore I have to pay with a credit/debit which forces me to pay this heart 14.00 fee each month to ensure my payment isnt lost somewhere. They also seem to want to write violations without board approval. Because that is a fee they can make money off of. If you are hoping to have a partner to work with your HOA boards, dont count on it. They barely show up to community meetings and certainly didnt do much to help our board with finding quality insurance for our HOA and a series of other events, ie roof repairs and inspections.
