I called Brian and he did the inspection soon after. He was extremely thorough and spent a good amount of time looking over the property. He is very detail oriented, took many photos, wrote a detailed comprehensive report with many photos, comps included. His resume is impressive and he did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend him and use him again.

WOW! He is the worst appraiser Iâ€™ve ever seen. Iâ€™m not sure if heâ€™s lazy or incompetent but either way he is horrible. Iâ€™m pretty sure if you handed him a $5 bill heâ€™d say itâ€™s worth $3.
If you need someone to blow the deal on the sale of your house call Brian.
