Wanted to support a small business for some custom paper needs and thought this was the ideal spot. Unfortunately communications were such that I wasn't even sure if my order was actually placed initially, the estimates given were not inclusive of the specifications I was looking for, and after three reprints, I had a product that didn't meet my needs. This isn't one star because my money was refunded after I had to return to the store due to emails being ignored, but it was done in a begrudging manner and it was made clear my needs as a customer were not a priority. A disappointing experience to say the least.
