Horrible place to work. Management sucks. HR is worse. They have their favorites that get away with anything. You say something about them, expect to get fired. Don't joke around with anyone! I did and got fired. DON'T WORK FOR BAXTER!

Its hot as hell first of all they got fans but I seen a lady pass out before still with the fan if it 80 degrees outside it's 80 degrees inside n the fans start blowing heat so you can barely feel the air it gets cooler throughout the day they have break rooms with acs & you get two 10 min breaks on a 8 hr shift n a 30 min lunch break it's very easy and simple im only 18 n feel like quitting lol but this the highest pay in the area n older people are all around if they can do it i most definitely can You will get tired and it's usually the same thing every day which has you more tired but mangers puts you in spots that's good for you n the assembly line cuz the line never stops & you will get trained on other spots every once in a while if you have a family i wouldn't recommend they tell you about 12 hr shifts n weekend shifts at the last min but the money is very good if you are late or take off it will take money off your check for the whole entire week and if you hurt your self and decide to go to the hospital they will drug test you again cause I guess only drugged up ppl gets hurt but yeaaa i hope you like the job
