Buyer BEWARE!! They installed my hot tub and then told me I need a new "spa pack" $1100 installed, as the breaker kept tripping when they turned it on. I called Integrity Pool and Spas and he said all I needed was a new heater for $250.00. He installed it and the tub is working perfect. IF I could give NO stars, I would.

Guess I should have read all these reviews before even calling this company. My experience was unprofessional and after following up three times to no avail, I decided to call someone else. From the start I believe he Phil didn't want to do the job because of my location. I was provided with excuse after excuse as to why a tech hadn't come yet. I was given an understaffed song and dance while I was inconvenienced by waiting around for someone all day for three days I suppose I dodge a bullet here. Do yourself a favor, find someone more reliable.
