Ive had a work order in with this company going on 2 years now. They have not once contacted me about the parts being waited on. I have had to call them every time for an update on my ac unit to either get sent to voicemail or some guy named Rick to laugh in the phone saying they are waiting on parts still and other people are too. I understand they cannot do anything about shipping and receiving, but for 2 years to go by with no call from them and to have someone laugh at you after 2 years of waiting to get something fixed that was UNDER WARRANTY is absolutely the most unprofessional way of doing business. Doubt they will even call us until 2023! Would never take my business here ever again! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
