Terrible customer service by management, excluding the techs or employees. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Back in February our furnace went out when it was extremely cold outside. The tech came out and did a "full" diagnostic which is what I paid for and told me there should be no further issues. Later that night the furnace was on full bast and wouldn't go down when I tried to adjust the heat. Called the tech and he said he had accidentally left the booster cord on the panel, which gets it going I guess and over rides its limits, the heat in my house reached 85 degrees before we were able to remove the chord ourselves. Then two days later the furnace went out again and the tech came back out and decided to look at the circuit board and discovered it was short circuiting. Possibly from it being on override for about 8 hours? Because he had missed it the first time, before leaving he said that he felt that we should only have to pay for the part and not the service time and that he was going to talk to his boss because that was the right thing to do. Flash forward to today after receiving the invoice finally a couple days ago which said we had to pay for the part and service time, I called to see if they would honor their word and screw up in-which I was firmly denied by a guy named Sean. He basically told me I'm a liar for saying the tech would say something like that and that they can't work for free. He then kept making excuses as to why they didn't catch it the first time and that there is nothing he can do and we need to pay the additional $250 on top of the part and the original visit, making this entire scenario around $500 for a circuit board replacement. I am currently house sitting for my disabled veteran father and he deserves far better than this type of treatment by money hungry businesses in his home town. I am completely disgusted by Border Sheet Metals Management for not honoring their word and not doing what's right. Their Techs and Employees that I have spoke to throughout this are great and I feel they should take their kind spirits elsewhere because this is disgusting. Being a small business owner, I would never treat a client the way I was just treated and would never go back on my word. -100/10

First off, sales guy Dave did a great job explaining options. Because of new space available came up with a plan to move the air filter into a better place.
The installers came right on time. Took out the old, put in the new, adapted the fittings, filter, and condensate pump into better places.
Showed my how to run the new thermostat.
Super job overall.
