I would give them a 10 star if I could they were so sweet and kind helping me find my perfect dress and so fun to work with the girl I had was so helpful and fun I wish I wouldve gotten her name i totally recommend cloud nine I couldnt have had a better experience I give them 10 stars

How amazing of an experience I had here! My now husband and I had a short engagement of 3 months, I was sure I was ordering a gown online but went to try on a few styles at Cloud Nine to get a better idea of what style I wanted. Little did I know that they sell dresses off the rack! That day I picked out my dream dress. I had 3 fittings with minor alterations in the weeks to come and my dress was ready for wedding day 4 weeks ahead of time! Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, encouraging, and uplifting. I never felt rushed there and it truly felt like a personalized experience. Highly recommend this bridal shop. Thank you Lisa and the team for all you do. You are greatly appreciated!

Arguably the most important component of a wedding is the wedding dress - and to purchase one requires hours of trying dresses on, alterations, probably some tears, but in the end theres abundant happiness. Cloud Nine Bridal knows how to deliver a stellar experience without shorting their brides on the quality of their dress. What amazes me the most is their incredible talent for alterations and customizations. Theyre not scared to completely redesign a dress, go with an untraditional color, or make your dress into a lasting memento. Ive never seen a disappointed bride in a Cloud Nine dress, and thats saying a lot!
Lisa, the owner of Cloud Nine is an amazing talented woman. Not only does she create, style, and make dreams come true, shes got a passion like no other. After years in the industry, one might think shed be burned out but she loves it. And we love her! Our relationship flourished when she allowed us to set up shop for the Mac and Cheese Festival done by the Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association in January. Since then, shes always sneaking samples at our booth and were always admiring the dresses she lays her hands on.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Jolette was my assistant and she was just seriously the best. She listened, and knew exactly what I wanted, and so the first batch of dresses she pulled out were all PERFECT and I ended up purchasing one from that group!! Cutest shop, super professional, beautiful selection of dresses (they had TONS of modest options too!!), theyre super up front with the price and dont have any crazy fees like other shops, it was an overall 10/10 experience!!
