I have been going to see Bill Higgins for 10 years and he is an AMAZING chiropractor. I am now 61 and have had a difficult neck to deal with since having a diving accident at 15 years old. Over the years Ive had different chiropractic help, depending on what state I was living in. But once I moved here and started seeing Dr. Bill...... I can tell you that he has NEVER missed my neck adjustment. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Really! He is very detailed and accurate with lots of confidence and solutions to getting your spine aligned. Could not say enough good things about him or his lovely wife, Heidi.

Dr Higgins is the best Chiropractor I've ever visited.He is very friendly and knowledgeable . His adjustments are very precise. He can adjust difficult areas with a minimal amount of force. He uses kinesiology to pinpoint the cause of pain that makes his adjustments far more efficient than the average chiropractor. He is interested in peoples health not just making a living, he accepts walk ins.

Dr. Higgins' exercise of discretionary power with the Idaho Board of Chiropractic Physicians is oppressive and unfair. During the tumultuous period of COVID, my chiropractic license in another state was revoked unjustly, seemingly for not aligning with government mandates. Despite prevailing in the Superior Court and dedicating myself to extensive rehabilitation, my attempts to secure a license in my home state of Idaho have been met with relentless rejection. It's immensely frustratingespecially having demonstrated my commitment by obtaining a chiropractic license in a different state.
The decisions made by the chiropractic board under Dr. Higgins' leadership have been disheartening and deeply impactful. The disparities in license treatment are glaring, especially when contrasting my situation with others. The leniency granted to Burke Thomas, despite his criminal background, while I face continuous rejection, feels like a double standard, steeped in hypocrisy and unfairness.
The professional partnership between Dr. Higgins and Dr. Thomas raises concerns, especially when it seems to influence favoritism, compounding the continuous denial of my right to practice. I earnestly seek fairness and justice, longing for a genuine reconsideration of my applicationone rooted in merit, rehabilitation, and my unwavering dedication to my profession.
