Came in trying to sell a Nemo floor gym. We originally bought for almost $90 and was trying to sell it for $50. This was only used twice and looks brand new. She told my fiancé she could only give us $10 because it doesn’t have the balls that it supposedly comes with and told us it is for sale on Amazon for $50. But was looking at a completely different floor gym in a completely different brand.. this floor gym doesn’t come with balls when you buy it. Thankfully my fiancé said never mind and we didn’t get scammed. Just posting so others are aware.

I have taken several big lots of nice baby things to this woman's store, and 8 out of 10 times she accepts nothing. I actually doubt she even went through it, because from the heaps of things she has to go through surrounding her front desk area looks quite overwhelming. Last time, the owner was going on vacation, said my returns were available for pick up, found out once again she took not one thing, and I needed to get my returns asap, as she was leaving town. This was after 24 hrs, not the 36, which her policy states. She was unwilling to hold my stuff intil she got back. I planned to donate to a mother in need. I rather give my money to Targets Melissa and Doug section same exact prices but Target has better service (sad). Poor customer service and HIGH prices. I do not recommend this place.

I really like this store! Im not sure why everyone reviewed it so low, the only reason my review is missing a star is because the selection in toddler boys clothes is low. MUCH MUCH more girls clothes to choose from here. But other than that the store itself is tidy and clean and has a wonderful and fair selection of toys and highchairs n such. I traded in some of my sons clothes for brand new toys and got a pretty good amount back. I think a lot of people value their old clothes too highly and think they’ll get a high return on them when that is not true anywhere you go... Also the owner seemed nice and very amicable when I met her!

I love this store. The owner was extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to find more than what I came in for. Will definitely be returning regularly.
