I am 78 years old. Five years ago I got a flu shot and lost the hearing in my right ear because of it. It is a rare occurrence but does happen. My daughter told me about Elite audiology and Dr. Bagwell, and arranged an appointment for me. From the moment I walked into her office, I knew this was going to be a positive experience. Her office manager Giselle was so welcoming. After many tests and consultations, I left there feeling confident with my new hearing aids. My life has changed dramatically. I can hear! It is amazing to me how much confidence this has given me. Dr. Bagwell not only gave me the gift of hearing but helped me with my balance problems associated with my lack of hearing. She took her time with me and explained everything in great detail. I have had one follow up appointment and I am astonished at how well I am doing. Their door is open to me to have follow up appointments any time I feel one is needed. I am so happy about all of this and truly I cannot explain in mere words how much my hearing aids have made my life so much better. I know this all sounds a little dramatic, but if you have a hearing problem you can relate to exactly what I mean. I cannot recommend Elite Audiology enough.
Also, Dr. Bagwell has written a bookLOVE BROKE THROUGH. Her book is the most powerful book I have ever read about Faith, and what is possible when we believe that our faith can get us through anything. Truly, this book blew my mind. Her words are powerful. Her life experiences are difficult and painful to read as she talks about her life struggles. Dr. Bagwell shares fail-proof keys that will bring you unspeakable joy, in your everyday life. This book is a must read for anyone going through any type of hardship, or struggle, whether it be mentally, physically, or spiritually! THIS BOOK WILL

Extremely pleased with Elite Audiology, both the staff & office environment. Dr. Odilie Bagwell is the perfect blend of professionalism & personality...shes extremely knowledgeable and caring. My family and I are eternally grateful for her excellent medical care...& enormous heart!
