Been a longstanding customer with Lancaster. They never had the best service and were always very slow, but it was ok enough. That has changed with Elaine being a terrible person and horrible customer service representative. After you call and talk to Elaine and others, they state they will help and "yeah, no issues." In reality, they do nothing at all. Elaine is a waste of breath and this company, unfortunately, will get you stuck in a policy and unable to carry out even the basic task needed. Stay away and find someone else, this company does not deserve your money. Just huge frustration.

I have to say it only takes 1 person to ruin a reputation of a successful business and this location trusts too much in one persons lack of follow thru that soon they probably will not be open due to her inability to get a task done in a timely manner. If you must call here and Elaine answers, hang up!
