Their phone etiquette was second to none. Brandon helped me out over the phone. Unfortunately what I was shooting for was not within my budget so I was not able to patronize them (not their fault! I had no clue what the project I envisioned could cost which is why I called to begin with,). Brandon was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, and even called back with another option. I will definitely be giving these guys a shot next time. I need any type of commercial restaurant equipment. For reference, this is for a backyard barbecue build hence why my budget didnt lineup.
