New Review: Having lived here now for 5 years, I made a big mistake thinking this would be home. A new Condo board and a lousy property management company. The place is perfect for people not wanting to be involved, Republican, and social drinkers. We will be moving soon with our Mother-In-Law who is 86. As previous President of Harbor Isles II and a resident at that time for the previous 3 years, I thought I could make a difference. Regrettably, people did not care about what was going on in their community. Things do not get done on a timely basis and the board is lazy, off premises a lot, and wastes money on surveys. The reason people love living here is the beautiful landscaping throughout the 22 acres, the 2 tennis courts, 3 pools including the "lap" pool available year round, the Clubhouse with a library, billiards room, sauna, and complete kitchen for private parties and social events. Harbor Isles II is financially sound with 100% of Reserves Funded, a recent decrease in Monthly Association dues, and vigilant oversight of expenses--not anymore-- to ensure unit owners get the services they expect. Our cable bills are the lowest in the county. Riverfront units located on the Banana River and the ocean just 2 blocks away ensure cool breezes and cooler temperatures.
