I had been calling around trying to find a foundation surveyor that didn't cost an arm an a leg. I found Rod here and he was way more reasonable than anyone else. I contacted him on a Tuesday and he had the survey done and dropped it by my bank by Friday. Very pleased with how prompt he was in handling my survey. I would highly recommend. Very nice gentleman. Thanks again Rod! 🙂

Rod Norton went way above and beyond everything we could have hoped for. We were in an interesting situation where the lender couldn't find any comparables, but suggested we carve out a section of the original parcel and pursue the loan on that new surveyed parcel.
We called around, and everyone was 1-2 months out from being able to do the survey for us. When we called Rod Norton, we was able to do it within 2 weeks, and his price was exceptional, as well as all the ways in which he went above and beyond. He really saw it through to the end for us, and was crucial for us in securing the loan on the house we wanted.
I noticed another reviewer talking about an unmarked truck, etc, etc. Rod Norton is nothing but professional, and came all the way out to me to discuss in person, and so that I could give pay him. He gave me a receipt, and true to his word, finished the survey quickly, and continually provided advice.
I can't imagine a better experience anywhere in Western North Carolina than that which we had with Rod, and truly do recommend him highly.
7.5 months we were in the process of buying this house, and were it not for Rod's quick turnaround, that would be 9-10 months, or never, depending on the patience of the seller.
Again, he was one of the crucial pieces to this door being open to us, and absolutely everything about the experience working with him was great. You can't go wrong with Rod Norton.
