I went here because I had fallen a day ago and I wasn't getting any better. They took X-rays of my ribs and then told me that broken ribs wouldn't show on an x-Ray. Why take them? Then they took a CT scan and told me they couldn't see anything broken. I am still having major issues moving and sleeping is impossible. So I got 3 days of pain meds that don't work and I feel like I'm coming apart. If I was at home this would of been taken care of, not pushed off like this hospital does. I'm just here temporarily and I told them that. They don't care.

Brought to the hospital after a car accident.Only to sit in the waiting room for 5 hours. For a Dr to tell me that is to be expected. Because they were busy. The waiting room cleared out three times before I was seen. Never will go here again.

My brother went to the ER this morning in pain and not knowing why. They decided to admit him ALMOST 10 HOURS LATER WITHOUT telling him anything other than he had to see a kidney doctor!!!!! He was seen by a PA who was VERY RUDE, would NOT speak to me when HE, my brother and patient, asked her to, claiming to have already spoken to me, his sister! They would not even tell him what they were testing him for, they were extremely secretive, and then refused to give a straight answer! For the lives of your loved ones, do NOT GO HERE! This "hospital" is worse than the one in Hobbs!!! And to the people who read this, you need to make sure to give your ER staff a lesson in professionalism and transparency!

I wouldnt even take my dead dog here. Theyre dismissive, and dont try to help just try to get you in and out. I drove to Portales to get the proper care (they found the problem) DO NOT GO HERE

Came in for a flu test already know what i have just needed a doctor note for work. Was refused a blanket sat in the er for 2 hours. When I asked the lady at the front if I could go get my jacket from my car. She gave me attitude and said if I go out the doors I will be put to the back of the line
