Don't even bother going here for an eye exam. There's a lot more places with competent employees that are able to assist you better. Have had nothing but issues with the staff here and they all pass the blame onto someone else.

I bought a pair of glasses a week ago and was helped by Anne, who was very helpful. I decided to buy a second pair bc I couldnt get use to the first pair.I was quoted a price and told to come back on Saturday and receive a friends and family discount. I phoned ahead and asked if they could check if my frame came in black or brown. I never received a call back and when I went in, the lady smirked and asked Oh, youre Rosemary? Didnt apologize, looked half asleep and told the other lady she was going to take,what Im assuming was, a break. The next lady was so rushed, I tried to explain that I was quoted a certain price and that I wanted a second pair, if not Id buy another frame but she didnt have the time for me.I went to LensCrafters where I would normally go and bought the same frame for less. I was met at the door by some one willing to take the time and explain to me my options. I like Sears, but I doubt if Ill ever go back to their optical department .
