I called and wasnt sure if they could help me with my drafting project or if it was the right place, but I was redirected to a persons extension that went directly to voice mail. I left a voicemail, anticipating someone would return my call...... nope, it did not happen
The receptionist was polite and determined to pass me along to someone that would be better able to assist me. I appreciate the effort and time she invested, but I would have been more appreciative if I received a call back

This company has a great culture and seems to treat their employees really well. As someone who has partnered with P&P on several projects, this really comes across in how friendly, professional, and honest their staff members are to work with. Truly a pleasure to work with them! Specific shout out to Laurent Morel, Rick Darnley, and Soo Ho Park!
