Our house was built in 1996 with builder grade Furnace and Air Conditioner and they were failing so we contacted Dennis Lane with Lane Heating and Cooling for recommendations. Dennis recommended that we replace our A/C, Furnace and water heater. Dennis has plenty of experience and offered us top-of-the-line equipment for very affordable prices. We are very pleased with our new A/C, Furnace and water heater from Lane Heating and Cooling! I woke up at 5:45 a.m. to find my thermostat at 64ﾟ it was freezing my heat had went out I call Lang heating and air conditioning at 6:00 in the morning by 6:45a.m.i got a call Dennis by 7:15 was ringing my doorbell he fix my heat my house is now a nice and cozy thank you Dennis so much for your services for coming out aquick as you did You did Thank you so much I highly recommend lang heating and cooling thanks again dennis!!!!!!

Dennis showed up to fix my Air conditioner with a short notice. He identified the problem quickly and resolved it effectively. I definitely recommend Lane heating and A/C to anyone looking to fix their HVAC systems. All the work was completed promptly and with integrity at affordable price.
