Had surgery at this location with my dr. All the nurses on staff were very friendly and helpful. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience! I felt safe & cared for.

Got registered and right in. Staff up front are always so pleasant. I did have to wait almost an hour for my MRI appt which sucked (I get anxiety thinking of all the things I could be doing instead of wasting time), but by the time I left, the friendliness of the staff took my anxiety away and I left with a smile.

Worst patient experience ever. Doctors and nurses don't listen to their patients they just want to tell you their thought right away. They sit behind the desk at the ER. Jen who's a PA and Dr Chen. They have no intentions on helping their patients. They laugh and shake their heads when you're in pain. In a trump everything up to anxiety. Unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy.

If there was a no star option I would give them this. It is very sad how they treat their patients in the ER. For being Clinton's only choice for a medical center you would think that they would have better care for their patients. I can go into detail but do the various cases and situations and not just with my family but many others Mercy is a death sentence. The emergency department does not take the time to thoroughly investigate what is going on with somebody. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this hospital.
