They cancelled my car policy without a notice, so I drove my car for 25 days without even knowing that it was not insured. I would never have known about it if I had not received a letter from DMV which says that I have to pay a civil penalty for insurance lapse and surrender my plates and registration. Moreover, insurance cost tripled now due to insurance lapse.
So these guys just ruined my life right on the eve of Thanksgiving.

My agent has made sure that I am up to date and satisfied with my coverage. I feel very comfortable with Allstate.
