I wasn't planning on staying in the area for the night, so this was a last minute booking and a lot of hotels were still booked up from the eclipse. I don't need much in terms of hotels but I tend to stay away from budget motels these days simply because they tend to be more likely to be dirty, noisy, and smell like cigarettes. I'm so glad I took a chance on this spot! The room does smell a little like dogs since they're pet friendly, but not in a bad way, just like if you went to your friend's house who has pets but cleans regularly. But no smell of cigarettes anywhere! And quiet and clean and the staff are wonderful! A perfect no frills experience

Mike at the front desk was very accommodating and a nice man. The rooms are high end and at a great location. The convenience of the layout of the facility was very easy to maneuver around. Would recommend to those of all classes and types looking for a short term or long term hotel stay. Just be honest and courteous to the place and they will take care of you. Highly recommended.

I just stayed here and it was a outstanding experience.The rooms are freshly remodeled and the entire property is spotless and clean.My company makes deliveries to all the hotels in Westlake and by far this hotel is the cleanest and most sanitary.Mike and the nice lady at the desk were welcoming and treated you like family.I will stay at this hotel again.I highly recommend this Red Roof Inn here in Westlake,Oh.

It's under new management, but the staff is very nice, and the room ae very clean
