Brought a watch in to have it examined to tighten one of the loose mechanics. The first thing the rep did was take the watch to the manager/owner. Without telling me the problem they say, oh thats probably not authentic. When I ask again if it can be fixed, they basically dropped it face down on the counter with a total disregard for scratching it. There is zero respect here or professionalism. If you are looking for a repair Dont waste your time, go to a place that will actually help you
