Minus 5 stars. This management company is crooked. Some of their buildings are making people very sick from the water damage, and mold that are all over the place. Management refuses to make repairs, but tries to hide the problems that are hurting people.

Shoddy management company. Terrible customer service. There are buildings that are far better managed downtown and around Cleveland.

The worst apartment management group I've dealt with! The only reason I've lived here for as long as I have is because of the convenient location. Don't bother calling corporate because they don't answer the phone, and if they do, you'll get re-directed to your leasing office. Useless! Can't wait until my lease ends. Very ghetto, DO NOT RECCOMEND!
