never go there again. I went in knowing what was wrong and they told me something else. prices are ridiculous. I understand that they have mechanics that make 130.00 per hour. whatever there servicing they make sure It covers a couple hours so they can get paid for labor.

Professional and knowledgeable sales staff. Amazing management and finance staff. Excellent service center and staff. Under promised and over delivered with the the purchase of my new 23 escape ST line select. Wouldnt buy a vehicle from anywhere else. This is my new 3rd vehicle purchase and each time the Team at liberty ford has gone above and beyond to get me into vehicle Im looking for. Sending anyone I know looking for a new Ford or used vehicle here.

I just bought an Escape at Liberty Ford in Parma Hts., and the salesman, AJ Bruno, was extremely honest, professional and accommodating! We did it all online and he made the process seem so easy! I couldnt have asked for a better salesman!! Go see AJ if you want a nice, honest guy as your salesperson. Hes the best!!
