The only bank I don't trust. Closed my business account due to several unauthorized payments. I was not refunded for all the UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS from my work. agents here stated I took to long to report. When you deal with this bank you have to pay close attention to everything everyday or else it will cost you. On top of that the reps will not give you truthful information. They will Scam you BE AWARE HAVE A GOOD DAY MAY GOD BLESS MY BUSINESS WITH THE MONEY THAT WAS STOLEN And Much more DURING THE TIME IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SAFE WITH THIS BANK.

They dont have a lot of patience to explain things to customers and will just say Thats policy and Ive been here for many years i Know what Im talking about instead of explaining why. Called the 800 line and they said that i should be able to just cash out or deposit like normal and the lady on that line kept putting me on hold when i asked her to repeat herself because i could not hear her. I called this branch back and asked if i needed to have the money in my account because they thought I was pulling from my account and said it was a check i hadnt deposited yet so i was confused and the teller said its always been policy for at least three years. I called another local branch that explained that if you try to cash a check thats over the amount in your account, they will charge a fee IN CASE the check were to bounce and the insurer asked for the funds back. That answer made sense so Im going to just wait until my direct deposit is issued and then cash my check, however, this superior location did not explain that, and when i said i wasnt understanding the teller just said that she had been there for many years and that has always been policy to charge $8 for a non-53 check.

issues with account security. Close the whole branch. Company will steal your money.
