Terrible policies, terrible service. They accidentally canceled my auto policy when I made a change to my home policy and didnt tell me about it until I got the automated letter that my coverage had been canceled. I tried to use the roadside assistance services that I pay for and was told there was no tow company in my area and I should just call 911. Avoid at any cost.
