OVER A YEAR LATER.
ZERO REPAIRS. ZERO MAINTENANCE Performed. THEY ARE PREVENTING me from listing my property! NOTHING DONE. We have Hundreds Of photo's videos and emails.
Operates under SEVERAL different NAMES.
R LANDIS. see all public COMPLAINTS They have not DONE ANY REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE ON OUT PROPERTY. Their neglect has caused extensive DAMAGE.
The excuse used was covid.
COVID doesn't apply. These repairs are from several years ago.
They CONTINUED TO CHARGE FOR REPAIRS AND WORK NOT DONE.
GOOGLE them and look up the court records.

I have never dealt with a business that is this unprofessional and unresponsive. We have a leak issue that we have been trying to get resolved for over a month and nobody seems to care or do anything about it. I usually do not post negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. No return phone calls, couple of returned emails just stating association is working in this, while water continues to come in every time it rains. No return on last two e-mails either. Monthly fees paid regularly, but no maintenance work done when needed. Very disappointing, forcing people to pursue legal action when it could have been avoided.

Don't return phone calls. Lack of response. They forget who pays them. They work for us the homeowners, want to get a new management group ASAP. Mr. Landis has got to be rolling in his grave. This company is a bad joke.

Great customer service. Awesome and prompt landscaping and snow clearing. As easy as make a plan, setup a payment, and forget it. They do their stuff and your place is always well kept and maintained.
