The staff was friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were clean. Continental breakfast above average. The valet parking will cost in addition to the room. It costs $20 for extended parking past checkout time (we got our car 5 hours past checkout)
Nearby activities: Close enough to walk to the waterfront
Walkability: Great for pedestrians

This hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance to lots of awesome spots in Cleveland. Shake shack is next door, tower city is down the street as is Heinens & Playhouse Square. The staff here is helpful & friendly. The rooms are beautiful with incredible views of the city. On a weekend night the outside noise can be loud, but some white noise or having the TV on helps drown it out. The hardwood floors are very interesting since I've never seen that in a hotel before. I like it because it's easy to see the cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious with lots of tables to choose from. Parking is either in a nearby public garage or by valet. We parked in the PNC garage & it ended up being cheaper but no big event was going on that weekend. Valet is a decent option but if you're in a hurry in the morning at checkout I suggest getting your car early because there was a large crowd waiting.

The room was dirty. Hair all over bathroom floor. The heating unit was so loud it drowned out the TV and woke me up all night.

We booked 2 rooms but because of a flood the day we arrived 3 of us were put in 1 room. We were told we'd get reimbursed for a room plus parking for the inconvenience. None of what they said they would do happened. Instead they said we were a no show & there wasn't a flooding issue that day. Instead of telling us they overbooked they lied and cheated us out of money. Very very poor customer service. Will never recommend anyone staying here.
