Park East is a great facility. There are so many new changes going on! New management is great. Deborah, the administrator, is known for turning things around in long term care. Joyce is an great DON with a lot of years of experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in the nursing field and handles everyone's concerns as urgent as if they were coming from her own family. Park East is definitely the place to be for skilled and long term care.

This place runs with agency. The reason is allegedly human resource lady is digging things up an potential staff she is allegedly very prejudice and very nasty to potential staff.

Joyce F***ing sucks...Very unprofessional...donna hides all supplies needed for patient care. she even took the bariatric briefs away from the heavier patients. plus she smells like a smokehouse. no one answers phones... wont put my loved one back there...Mason is lying in his review
