I schedule an appointment for 3 times, and every time on the appointment day no one show up. When you call, They said we have vehicle problem, Your appointment is for next week etc.
Third time i schedule an appointment on 5/4 afternoon, when I call today around 1 and some told me the appointment is on May 18. I had their email with confirmation for May 5th, I cancelled all other program due to this,
At least they should let me know that they change the appointment date.
This happened forth time, and I am really disappointed with this type of garbage service.
Never recommend to anyone.

Had a service tune up. the people explained things to me like i was not a ac technician and didnt upsell me things i didnt need. i purcased a maintenance contract and my system runs great. thank god for companies like this
