I only went for the nail trimming service for my mini schnauzer, the cost is $10 and they charged me $20.70. The reason they gave me was that the dog tried to bite her, the person had a bad attitude and I felt cheated.

I have been visiting this location for well over 10 years and previously had excellent experiences. In the last few months there services have drastically declined. After leaving several voicemails with no response, I was finally able to get through to someone. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They aren't taking any appointments and will treat you poorly in the process. There are several affordable clinics in the valley that will treat with you decency and respect. Waste of time.

I never felt so disrespected in my whole life as dog father. I arrived there at 8:45 because the attendant told me by the phone that if I get there at this time I would be one of the first. Arriving there at 8:35 I was told that there was 5 persons in front of and that I would take only 30 minutes so I waited inside of my car( its raining today) after 30 minutes I come back inside to get my dog vaccinated and the same attendant tells that they are short of staff and there was 5 persons ahead of me in their list. So basically no dogs were vaccinated between 8:45 and 9:15. Although they ask you arrive earlier. The same attendant told me that would take a long time to get my dog vaccinated.
So I went back home to wait for a call and I got the call telling me that I should bring my dog immediately inside. I told her I was at home and it would take 10 minutes to get there. And the attendant simply said that they cant wait and they call the next person. Really disrespectful with peoples time.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
