      image I recently rented a U-Haul from here and that will definitely be my last time. The customer service is non-existent! I was treated like I was problem just because I was there. After declining the damage waiver insurance at checkout, I was still charged for it on the back end. When I called to question that, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I was even more of a problem then. NEVER AGAIN! If you don't like ALL people, you shouldn't be working with the public!

      image We picked up our U-Haul from this location, but when we asked if they could do a quick oil change for my car at the same time they were immediately able to take care of us! Very appreciative that they were able to make our moving experience a little easier.
