Still horrible this maintenance guy some one look like drug addicts they don't know what they doing now the new contractor are wonderful making big changes still the owner are a joke regardless who the new owner are

It's sad how we had to live out of here in bad terms but I wouldn't waste my time or live bunch swatter ppl leaving rent free in this complex when other ppl pay rent but u want ppl who pay rent out and still pay rent even if we getting put out I wouldn't live here or waste my time paying money here or move in here bunch dealers swatting other ppl apartments swatter living here any goes here any thing is allowed here they look the other way play favorites manager here bunch if joke clowns owener too any thing good here

The worst.
Management is atrocious. There is a new staff every other day, you cant even blame most of them for not knowing what is going on. It takes months to have anything repaired, I went the entire summer without air conditioning! The laundry room hours are 8-5, but they open it when they feel like it. Its 3:30 p.m. and Im waiting for someone to open the door to the locked laundry room. There is one dumpster for the entire complex, at the front of the complex so people leave garbage bags wherever their arms give up along the way. The actual dumpster is always overflowing.The staff leaves whenever and shows up when they feel like it, ignore the hours posted on the door. They will raise the rent and not even show up to work to maintain the place. The upstairs neighbor had a leaking hot water heater than caused 2 closets in my apartment to grow mold covering the walls, months later they painted over 1 of the walls. The pool doesnt open, the laundry isnt open, the manager is here for a good time not a long time. Live anywhere else.
