      image Enterprise was, at one time, known for great customer service. I reserved a car online, reservation was accepted and a confirmation number was provided. 24 hours later I get a call from Enterprise telling me that they would have no cars available in Clarion. Seneca is the next closest and they would not either. They suggested I try Enterprise in Kittaning or Butler. They wouldn't bother to do so, even after they accepted and confirmed my reservation. Since their business is renting cars, you'd think they would be reaching out to other locations to fulfill their commitment to a customer. I will likely never use Enterprise again.
