image I was disappointed with this hotel, however the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. Unfortunately that is all I can say that is nice. The hotel was fully booked so our room was not ready when we arrived. We grabbed some food and came back about an hour later to check in. The toilet seat was cracked through (which meant a careful balancing act not getting pinched), the jetted tub jets did not work, there were cobwebs over the mirror outside the bathroom, and the ceiling in the bedroom was discolored (looking like there was a roof leak at some point). Unfortunately, since the hotel was fully booked (as well as pretty much everything else locally) we had to accept this. Additional items we noticed: the exterior door on our end of the hotel (C) which was supposed to need a key card for entry (for safety) did not latch at all. There is no texture or anti-slip surface on the bottom of the tub, so a shower is a dangerous experience, especially with how high the tub side is. The indoor pool appeared to be open but the water was extremely dirty/gross looking. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, with a mattress that sagged in so much that I woke up to back pain from the lack of support. The Wifi barely worked. I realize that this is a budget hotel, so I honestly would have been willing to overlook one or two of these negative items and still give a reasonably good review. But this adds up to a poor value, even for a budget hotel.

image This hotel experience was disappointing from start to finish. After enduring three hours of traffic, I finally arrived, only to find that the cleanliness depicted in the online pictures was not reflected in reality. The bathtub was dirty, and to make matters worse, the guy in the front desk attendant was incredibly rude. When I requested an extra blanket, he rudely shouted that there were none available. It's unacceptable for a hotel not to have such basic amenities on hand, and it highlights a severe lack of employee training.

image They are scammers!
When checking in we were offered to upgrade them room to a room with a jacuzzi for only $20. Thinking that is a bargain we upgraded the room. We were placed in a room that were the jacuzzi was broken. We brought it up to Amy the clerk, who was very rude but acknowledged that the Jacuzzis in most rooms are broken. Amy immediately said that there was nothing she could do because we already used the room. Amy tried to downplay the situation saying it was only $20 anyway and refused to provide any assistance or return or money since they know the jacuzzi's are not working.
It's not a lot of money, but it is a scam if you know you are offering something that does not work.
