My septic is full and I call this All American Septic company. When they got here and not just lift the lid, but used a sharp end metal pounding trying to break my lid instead of open it. I ask them and they said only way to get it open is to break it and I'll have to patch it back later. I feel like I got robb here. I paid them $475.00 to pump my septic not break it. So I called the All American Septic and they said the same. And the worst part is that they didn't pump all out. I asked and he told me that's all his machine can do and there's only like half foot left. I looked at and looks like is more than half foot and when they broked to open it and there's more than couple big piece of concrete droped in and stay on the bottom of my septic now. I paid the price but not happy with the service at all.

All American Septic is a wonderful company! I spent days calling around trying to find someone to come help us. All American was quick to respond & send someone out to give us a quote. They walked into a really crazy, messed up scenario with our existing system. Even though the cost was more than quoted (something that was way beyond their control), they made it such a simple, quick, & easy process. We are able to rest easier knowing we have a reliable new system that was installed correctly by a company that we can count on in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!
