Perhaps you reviewed the wrong store? We currently have over 800 mattresses in stock for same-day pick up and often same-day delivery. If a customer special orders a non-stock mattress, the average order time is one and a half to two weeks. Please stop by, Joel and I would be happy to assist in your mattress purchase. I want to give a huge thank you to the manager at the store. Several months ago he helped us get a new mattress. He was kind and patient and delivered the mattress and box spring to our home. I forgot to get the correct cash for the delivery and over paid him at the time. I forgot that he was supposed to bring me change back. A couple of months went by and he stop by our house after a delivery and gave me the cash back for over paying on the delivery fee.
This shows me he is a man of integrity and honesty. Most managers would not take the time to do this. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for good service and good pricing. Thank you for your kindness and honesty.

I purchased a Bora Bora queen mattress from the Claremont NH store and was very disappointed. I went to return it and was informed that there are no returns on most mattresses. I saw on the website that there was a 120 day comfort guarantee so you could imagine my surprise. I was encouraged to use the Claremont store by family members who have purchased 3 mattresss there and said they were very happy with the experience. Unfortunately I am now left with a $999 mattress that is not the right one and had to purchase another mattress at a different mattress retailer. I am very dissatisfied that the store will not take the return as it is in perfect condition and I still have the plastic it came in. I would not recommend this store.

I am sorry you misread the web page. We are not allowed to sell "used" mattress. Once a mattress has left the store and the plastic is opened, it is considered used. The 120 day comfort guarantee is a Serta - Simmons policy (not Americas Mattress) on icomfort and Black mattress only. The Bora Bora is a Harmony and does not qualify. If we took the mattress back, we would have to throw it away as SSB will not accept the return. Note: If you purchased a current 2023 Beautyrest Black, the comfort guarantee is for a one time swap - not a refund. The terms are clearly stated on the web page and the paperwork at the store. If the mattress was defective- SSB warranty would replace it as well.

Dana was fabulous to work with extremely knowledgeable and helpful (he even helped us load the truck) great selection and great customer service we previously purchased a mattress from them about a year ago and it just didnt fit the bill of what we wanted too soft I called today explained the situation and that Id really like something firmer and an adjustable bed frame Dana worked an amazing deal for us took the old mattress back and found us the exact mattress we wanted and fully explained the features of our new adjustable base he was great 10/10 I will purchase again in the future and I will continue to highly recommend this business

It was a great experience working with Dana at Americas Mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and didn't try to up-sell me into buying more than I needed or was looking for. Delivery and set up was great -- Dana and Joel delivered on a schedule that was convenient to my schedule and were professional and meticulous about setting up the bed. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.
