I was referred to Dr. Russell Erickson after the Oregon City branch of a large cut-rate dental organization botched two major procedures. It was a reminder that we DO get what we pay for.
Dr. Erickson explains in detail what he's doing and why. He takes the time to thoroughly answer questions. He uses the latest technology to diagnose problems and take care of his patients. Together, we're going to work out a plan of action. The service he provides is the best: S-E-R-V-I-C-E.
Dr. Erickson's office manager is very professional and courteous, making the visit as pleasant as possible. She is taking care of me by getting everything pre-approved by the insurance company, so there will be no surprises. It's reassuring to know that I've got caring professionals on my side.
