I took a brand new mic in for them to wire, two day later a guy calls me and tells me they can't wire the my brand new mic because the mic needed repair, so I said I will just come get mic, then they tell me there is a $50 fee. They would not give back my brand new mic that they broke wiring, never got my mic back they stole it from me. Don't let this happen to you. They don't deserve any stars at all.

I went in after trying to install the radio on my own. I take great pride in the work that I do, but I could not get the antenna and radio to play nice with one another. I looked these guys up on the web, called them and spoke to a very nice man who said that the problem had something to do with the coax length. Long story short: if you have problems with your radios, these are the guys to go to in Oregon. Harold is the guy that installs there, and whatever it is that you are expecting to get, you will get more. Much more. These guys are so amazingly adept at what they do, and they obviously love their work. They are reasonably priced, guarantee their work and wont treat you like a dweeb.
These guys are on my speed dial. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond their call.
