Still sucks! I have new attorneys and they have always had a difficult time getting a hold of Vincent Lin. It's obvious the 2 five star reviews are not legit! One is super vague (I suspect the person is a friend or one of the staff) and the other is based on a 30 min conversation over the phone. At least that reviewer was honest about not actually ever really working with the guy. My review was from about 7 years ago and I'm back on because my case is still NOT over because we can't get needed info from Vincent Lin. That's how awful his office is!!!!

Law Office of Vincent Y Lin is the best. Did a great job on all of my cases. Very professional firm. Staff are well trained. They contact me as needed and get back to me very quickly on my cases whenever I have any questions. Vincent does care for his client's best interest, very supportive and empathetic to my needs. Outstanding Attorney.  I'm glad I chose Mr. Vincent Lin as my lawyer.

Although I haven't met this attorney yet, I am really impressed by His knowledge though 30 minutes phone call!  I am looking forward to meet this attorney!

Words cannot describe how awful this place is.  When you think of cheap shady lawyers Vincent Lin is the epitome this stereotype.  I'm sorry to say his staff, though nice, seem completely clueless as he is and the other attorney is bitter. I wanted to tell her to go eat something and get some sun.  Anyways we came to him because we needed a probate lawyer and let me say I have nothing but regrets.  You practically have to do all of your paperwork yourself and then follow-up with them instead of the other way around. All I can see that they did was turn in the paper work to the courts. They don't keep you informed about the process and on top of that they were condescending.They're providing a service and the service is nonexistent. I walked in and asked what the office hours are. No one in their staff of 4 could tell me. There is no answering machine! Absolutely ludicrous. I kept calling and calling until I got someone because it was urgent. With their funny hours I try to drop off the paper work during lunch time. I even called ahead to make sure someone is there and low and behold they have all gone to lunch.I'm not even sure what he did was legit! We went to court and while he was speaking to the judge he blamed me for something I didn't know about. Oh and the fee? He never said when it was due. He told me two days before the trial that he needs a check written for $10k+.  We were negotiating the hospital debt and was very proud of himself for lowering the final bill if we paid it in full. Let's just say a kinder-gardener has more haggling skills. My husband was outraged and called the collection agency again and the got it lowered thousands less.Yes now the question is why in the world I went with this guy? Well my father's friend high recommended him and I thought my father would be more involved. Let's just say they're an from an older generation that still has a lot of faith that people with higher education will do the right thing.  Had I had known I would have picked someone. Save yourself a lot of grief and do not come here! Spread the word!
