Not a good dealership. Went in hoping to be helped the best way possible but all they managed was to ruin my credit.! Communication wasnt there at all between the sales consultant Rodolfo Alvarez and one of the general managers. The general manager ran my credit through 15 different banks multiple times with different numbers resulting in my credit to get ruined thanks to them and there team my credit dropped over 60 points. Now I have to build my credit again. Not a good nor helpful dealership they also sold a truck that we already made a deal on to another customer they dont live up to their word. Very disappointed in the way I was treated and very upset now I have to rebuild my credit due to PUENTE HILLS FORD!!!!!

My experience with pointe Hills Ford has only been positive. James helped us purchase a car exactly what we wanted and was patient while we work Through everything. Mike in the Service department has been on top of it. I couldnt ask for better customer service. We purchased many Fords from different dealers, and Puenta Hills has been our best experience so far.

Went in for a door lock recall on my fusion a few years ago. Went to pick up the car, they told me that I needed a new cabin air filter, engine air filter, and oil change. They said they inspected the air filters and they were both dirty. The problem is, that I had changed all that the weekend before the recall. I had less than 20 miles on the oil, engine air filter, and cabin air filter. I changed them myself.
Then on the way home, I hear something slapping in the rear doors. Come to find out, keyless entry on the two rear doors aren't working. So I pulled the door panels, and both keyless entry modules were unplugged. The cord was just dangling.
Fast forward 2 years, and I'm interested at looking into a maverick. I start the quote process online, and they call me. First call I answer and learn that they have a dealer markup on mavericks (plenty of other dealers around have no markups.) After hearing that, I told them I was no longer interested in puente hills Ford, and would be using another dealer that I know is selling at MSRP.
The next day, they call back, and then text, which I tell them both times I am not interested in their dealership, I will shop somewhere that actually values their customers.
Well guess what, they continue to call me multiple times a day. And text everyday. After being told no multiple times, they still harass me for their ripoff of a sale.
STOP CALLING ME!!!

I knew what I wanted and that I would most likely find it at the Ford dealership with one of the largest inventories in Southern California. I was right. And it was about $10k less than similar models found elsewhere.
Was pleasantly surprised at how the final deal seemed already pre-packaged with all the options I wanted with no added pressure to purchase some sort of "scotchguard" interior stainproofing upgrade or additional clearcoat exterior treatment.
Did everything go perfectly? Unfortunately not. Things even got downright bumpy. The most serious of which were in fact, Not the fault of Puente Hills Ford. Nevertheless, they went above & beyond what they had to do for the sole purpose of giving me what I wanted.
In the end I indeed got what I wanted at a price Far lower than expected. If given the chance, would I buy the same vehicle at the same dealer all over again? -Without a doubt, Yes! Would I send my own Mother there? -Again, Yes!
When it comes to a new vehicle purchase, feel free to save yourself a ton of time & frustration and a Boatload of money, head Directly to Puente Hills Ford.
In closing, "you're welcome". And yes, you can thank me later!
