This is an addition to what was already here, this dealership never tried to contact me and is now claiming that Im refusing to work with them. In adiotion to their unprofessional and demeaning aditued towards my father and I they are proving to be dishonest to. As a reminder of their unprofessional behavior the service manager Sean Kim threw the paperwork about my car at me while telling me to "comeback with a lemon lawayer." And Hyundai PH if you read this Id like to see proof of you reaching out. Don't trust the service manager at this place. The service manager Sean Kim was not only rude, unprofessional but hostile towards myself and my father. He had the nerv to through papers pertaining to the maintenance of my car back at me saying "comeback with a lemon lawayer" after which he tried to keep me from leaving. All this happened after i was not only charged for what was supposed to be a free oil change but included them telling me my rear driverside wheel was "misaligned due to a dent in the axel", only to say "it's just a hair out of alignment" and refuses to fix it telling me "its not a warranty issue". I bought my 2022 Accent a year ago; it only has about 1,700 miles on it, so its still under warranty. I was thinking of traiding in my car for a newer car however I was unable to do so at the time, it was after I made that attempt the i was told everything I meantioned previously in this post. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this dealership again or if I'll ever buy a hyundai again due to the actions of Sean Kim.

To buy a 2015 Dodge journey SE at this dealership, used. 4 days later I had heating problems. I didn't use it much, but I just adjusted the antifreeze and it worked well, I continued using it but the problem didn't go away, the needle went too high. They gave me a 6-month warranty, but the warranty is not given by the dealer but through BG preowned Vehicle Protection. I knew that this company is about engine and transmission fluids and oils, and not engine parts. The warranty expired on 12/30/22, I took it in on 11/1/22, it was within warranty time. I talked to Carlos el Mager about used cars, after the inspection in the workshop, he told me that they were not responsible for the repair, (it was a big job). That the repair was going to cost over 7,000 but they absorbed 2,000, supposedly that is what the warranty covered and I would pay 5,550. Carlos blamed me because I had not taken it quickly, I had ruined it, but it already had a heating problem. That was the excuse for not covering the repairs, although the 6-month warranty had not expired, it expired on 12/30/22. I had to repair it on my own, they said a Dodge technician worked with them and had said that the engine didn't look right when the head gasket was replaced. Which is a lie. At the time of this review I have not had heating problems after they replaced the gasket, because I have a workshop that knows how to do it, and they replaced the entire cooling system down to the valve gaskets, for 2,100 and Hyundia told me 5,550. The warranty they offer is not from the dealer, it is from the 7th liquid company BG Preowned Vehicle Protection.

I got a very good offer from them, that's probably the only thing I loved about them. I received the car with 257 miles. Although the contract states that there must be 13ml, someone had a good ride at my expense. The car arrived dirty and missing charging equipment. The delivery guy said they no longer supply that. In addition, the delivery of the car was constantly delayed; they told me that they had a recall and they should fix it; in fact, there were two recalls on the car, but neither of them fixed.
