image Called to get a quote, no one answered. I left a voicemail but no one called me back. Called again a week later, no answer. The third time I called, a lady finally answered the phone and kept me waiting for a long time. Then told me someone would call me back. No one called me back after two days.

image This was the company our lender recommended for us when we purchased our first home. I would never recommend this to anyone. Our policy was scheduled to not renew and we were told, more than once, they would send us quotes for replacement policies 4-6 weeks in advance. This was not done. There was only any effort put in by them when we got a notification from our lender that our insurance was going to expire. From this point on they were minimally communicative on the process and what was needed/expected. They finally get me a quote, 3 days before it expires. They provided me with a quote far above what major companies provide, all for a company with an F rating on BBB. They want a commission for this? Would not recommend to anyone...ever.

image Horrible customer service and giant broker fees every renewal. Any time proof of construction or other paperwork was needed the emails they sent me were threatening and frightening. Constantly saying my coverage was going to be canceled. They made getting insurance for my small buisness a miserable experience.

I would be happy to look into your account and address any concerns you have regarding your account. Requesting a certificate of insurance should be an easy process. You can call, email, fax or request through our website. We do have limited time to receive payment for certain policies. Either we or the carrier has to norify you if your policy is in danger of cancelling. Our notices are pretty standard for the insurance industry. I would be happy to discuss the verbiage to see how we could possible improve them to make them more customer friendly.
