Loran and his crew are the best! Not only have they always been on time and performed excellent routine service, they promptly helped us when we had gophers and voles pop up in our backyard, as well as rodents in our garage. I called and talked to Loran on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday morning. He said they would be out between 10:00 and 12:00 and they were here a little after 10:00. I couldn't be more happy with this company. They sprayed my lawn Front and back. They even got all my cobwebs that were all over my patio. He even sprayed all around my shed that's in the backyard. I initially called because I had seen a couple of roaches in my garage. You know if you see one or two roaches there's a lot more. So I now have USA pest management group coming to my house on a regular basis now. Very reasonable price and the customer service above and beyond excellent.
